Announcement - the legal successor of JUDr. Martina Ďurďovič

I hereby announce that, following an agreement with JUDr. Martina Ďurďovič, advokátka (attorney at law) in Trutnov and in Brno, I will become her successor as of December 1, 2025, pursuant to Section 27 of the Act on Advocacy.  According to the law, the rights and obligations of the disbarred attorney, including the rights and obligations arising from representing the client in proceedings before courts or other authorities and the rights and obligations of a defense attorney in criminal proceedings, shall pass to the successor attorney in relation to the client. This also applies in cases where the relationship between the client and the disbarred attorney was established by designation or appointment under special legal regulations. The client naturally retains the right to choose another attorney for their legal matters. The appointment of a successor does not exclude the obligation to issue a power of attorney to the attorney (successor) and to negotiate new terms of cooperation.
